Error # 1057

I added a Library item called Demolition, Group called Demolition and Catalog called Demolition. I put one hour in for labor.
I keep getting the Error message # 1057 Required Labor Missing.
How do I fix it

Did you put the labor in the same labor book you are using whe you run your summary?
