Help with exporting from base bid summary

Hello,

What I would like to do is export the base bid data into Excel and have it look like the summary tab in reports. Any help would be appriciated. I have tried some different methods but they all have five columns ie. Variable, Mat_$, Base_$, Fringe_$, Labor_Hrs. Is it possible to define the columns?

If all you are trying to to is epxort into Excel, then you are using the wrong feaure. Go ahead and run the usual Crystal Report that you like to use. Run the report on your screen, not to the printer.
After the report has been generated, you can export it to Word, Excel or email it to someone using the export feature. There is a litle envelope on the tool bar. Click that to bring up the export feature.
