How does one view PD3D geometry in earlier versions of AutoCAD? Do I need an object enabler or something to see pipe in AC02?

Go to http://www.quickpen.com/support/downloads/pd3d.htm - there are 3 or 4 different versions of the viewer you can download.

The viewers are backward compatible. I.e. The 3.6 is AutoCAD 2005 ADT can see PD3D objects from 2.1 done in AutoCAD 2000i.
It will not work the other way around. You will have to do a client export to see old pipe in new AutoCAD.

I'm looking into an IFC export for future use. This may or may not fix this.
I would value anyone's experience with this.
