We have a job where the floors were close to being typical ( I refer to that as similar ) and we used clip board copy to copy items from one drawing up to the next. Now we have discovered that a lot of the fittings on those drawings don't show up in Vulcan when you download the entire floor. We copied everything before we started downloading, it is not already set as having been sent to the cutter, but it still doesn't show up in Vulcan.

Anybody else having similar problems? Since the 1.5 issue I haven't seen duct not download, until now.

My other thing that I was going to put in this thread is the piece numbers. Does anybody else have an issue with the fact that it piece numbers everything? We only piece number what goes to the plasma table, not even the coil duct and spiral pipe gets piece numbered here, but I can't control it. I know, I only have to show the piece numbers on the fittings but this is a one at a time placement thing. This should be an option, possibly in the data editor, to have an item show the piece number or not. Then you could piece number the whole drawing at once, and if you leave the center of the fitting clear, you wouldn't have to move the text.

Also does anybody else see a need for a circle around the piece number? A circle, a bracket, something that would separate it from the rest of the text.

A Lot Of What You Just Wrote Has Been On The Wish List Since Last August. Must Be Further Down On The Wish List Right Now. As Far As Downloading Copied Fittings, We Have Not Had To Do This To Much. Are You On 2.0 Yet?

No, we are still on 1.5. I'm afraid of 2.0. New AutoCAD and new DD3D and new Vulcan all about the same time just equals disaster.
