On a standalone install the user tries to add more tools to his list however the program gives a dialogue to inform him that he cannot add with the following error message:
[ASTA SERVER ERROR] [Sybase][ODBC Driver][Adaptive Server Anywhere]Integrity constraint violation: Index 'idx_Tools_ToolID' for table 'ToolsBase' would not be unique.
The last Tool ID number shown is 02369. The Tool ID we are trying to add is 02370.
