Sometimes all of our radius elbows will get holes burned in them. What could be causing this? Is there a way to turn this off? Same problem with the square throat elbows. On top of this we don't get the vane list. The labeling tickets show only a single vane in the elbows.
Should be a Vulcan issue...too bad we don't have the Vulcan Forum. Probably check on tie rods and vanes to see what they are doing to fittings. Will most likely have to call technical support.

Turns out it was a mapping problem. Tech support thru webex...walked us thru a sample job and uncovered a radius prompt that we had mapped to a single vane instead of a double vane. Thanks for all of your input.
