Fittings changing in the bom?

Ok, sometimes after i am done designing, when i make a bom, i go through and check it out, and lets say i have 4 3x2 combos, it will have 2 named one way, and the other 2 named a different way. the only way i have found to get rid of the problem is to delte 2 of them and paste them back from the other ones. But i still want to know WHY its labeling them differently?

did you update the catalouge before you did your bom?
and refresh al the entities one at a time??
also you should audit and fix the errors in the drawing.

yeah, i have treid to refresh all the entities, i dont know why its doing it still.
